Prepper AI does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.
The app connects to the internet for a small, fixed set of purposes:
Requests carry only the file path and standard HTTP headers (IP address and User‑Agent). As network providers, Hugging Face and Cloudflare may log this metadata in their own systems for abuse prevention. We do not receive, retain, or correlate it with any user, and we do not transmit your AI conversations, prompts, or any personal data during these downloads.
Because map files and the AI model can be large, downloads run in a background service that Android requires to show a persistent progress notification. The notification disappears when the download finishes or you cancel it. No information about the download is sent anywhere outside the request to fetch the file itself.
All app data is stored in the app's private sandbox on your device (Android/data/app.prepperai.android/files/). This folder is created and managed by Android for this app only, is not visible to other apps, and is automatically deleted when you uninstall the app. We operate no cloud storage, no remote database, and have no way to access your data.
Because we do not collect or store any personal information about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete on your behalf. You have full control on-device: delete downloaded files from within the app, or uninstall Prepper AI to remove everything at once.
This app is intended for users 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from any user, including children under 13.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new date. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
